These Terms govern your use of AutoPilot Car Service ("AutoPilot", "we"). By using our platform you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

AutoPilot is a private car service booking platform connecting riders with independent drivers. We are not a common carrier or transportation network company. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of AutoPilot.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to use our service.

Bookings

• A booking is a request. It is not confirmed until the driver accepts it.
• Prices are agreed between you and your driver. AutoPilot does not set or guarantee fares.
• Cancellation policies are at the driver's discretion. Contact your driver directly if you need to cancel.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number you consent to receive SMS notifications related to your bookings. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message & data rates may apply.

Prohibited Use

You may not use AutoPilot to:

• Provide false information or impersonate another person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of Warranties

AutoPilot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for the actions of drivers or riders.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoPilot's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to $100 USD.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
